Is this from your house? NO WE LIVE FURTHER UP THE HILL. WE CAN'T REALLY SEE THE WATER THROUGH THE TREES ONLY IN THE WINTER TIME. IF WE HAD A VIEW YEAR ROUND IT WOULD BE ONE OF THE BEST VIEWS IN TIVERTON. There is much I would like to talk about. Tell me about your summer, SUMMER WAS VERY BUSY. WE HAD ALLOT OF PARTIES. FROM APRIL 2009 TO OCTOBER 2009 WE HAD 16 DEATHS IN THE CLUB. ONE WAS ESPECIALLY HARD FOR ME. JOEL FLATHER, HE AND HIS FIRST WIFE WERE VERY KIND TO ME WHEN I FIRST MOVED BACK TO THE EAST COAST. BOTH WERE GO FRIENDS. I SAY AND SPOKE TO HIM ON THE DAY HE HAD HIS HEAD TRAUMA. 2 DAYS LATER THEY UNPLUGGED HIM AND LET HIM GO. HIS POST FUNERAL WAS ATTENDED BY ABOUT 550 PEOPLE. buying a house in Florida, NO WE HAVE HAD SOME UNEXPECTED EXPENSES. SO THAT WELL WAIT. have you had any fun lately, NO WHAT A DULL LIFE. what's on your mind, JERRY what worries you lately. WELL JERRY IS GOING IN THE HOSPITAL FOR ANOTHER OPERATION. SAME THING TO TRY TO GET THE WOUND ON HIS BELLY TO HEAL. THEY ARE GOING TO CUT OUT SOME OF THE MESH FROM THE HERNIA. HOPEFULLY IT WILL BE A IN AND OUT OPERATION.

He has been stay home more because Irene his wife was diagnosed with breast cancer a couple of months ago. DAMN! AND HOW IS BOB? Brother Bob is the same as he was 50 years ago. He is in pretty good health he is now 74 years old. Brother Rick is in good health also. Good Ameil/McEldowney genes I guess. Brother Bob is the money maker of the family and brother Rick is the land baron.

DID YOU LIKE ARUBA? HOW LONG DID YOU STAY THERE? Yes we really enjoyed it are first time down. There wasn't many resorts then and it was nice and quiet. It is a desert island. The second time we went down, It had become a tourist trap. Resorts all over the place. One good thing they did allot with recycling sea water so every thing around the resorts are lush and green. Bad thing on the east side of the Island they put in a big I mean BIG prison. That house criminals from all the different Island. The weather is still great hot with a nice trade wind so you don't realize that you are getting burned.

This was at a Halloween party at The Moby Dick Rest another placed that I work for quite awhile. The guy standing be hind me Charlie Silvestere was killed at a bar. He was sitting at the bar having a beer and the Jewerly store that was next door being robbed. The thief took a shoot to scare the clerk and it went through the wall and hit chalie. HMMMM. SAD STORY.

IT'S A GOOD STORY, THANK YOU. I FEEL I'M CLOSER TO WHO YOU ARE NOW. Well Jerry bought it around 45+ years ago it was a summer cottage. No water and a outhouse. He bought it so his children could have a summer near the pond and some re leaf from the heat. When he was going through his divorce, Alice got the house and Jerry got the cottage. when Jerry and got together. The outhouse was gone, the toilet was flushed by pouring water down it. but still there was know water.(we carried it in) We put in a well, took down some walls, and added a shower.(plastic) Then we had hurricane Bob which blew the electrical mast off the house and pulled out about 3 feet of electrical wiring before the mast snapped. The whole cottage had to be rewired. so we desided to remodel. We put in a cathedral ceiling,(roof was a flat roof) laundry room, walk in closet, deck, and a new kitchen. It is a open floor plan. The laundry room and walk in closet are unfinished but usable. We desided to move down there. It was really a chore moving from a 5 room apt. 1 care garage and full basement, to the cottage 2 room. I guess I love it there because Jerry and I were happy and healthy when we were there. After he had his heart attacks. He had to quit his job and he changed . I guess I changed also. We split up for about a year or so. We still went out and did things together. Then he had another attack and he came home. I feel that is the only reason he came home for he wouldn't be alone and he would have someone to care for him. I guess that every relationship is different and that not every relationship works for everyone. But I still love Jerry and the cottage.

If we get there we will stay with my oldest brother Bob and then we spend sometime up in White Rock out the valley at the farm center road up in the mountains past the old Oppenhimmer(spelling)ranch. HMMMM, I HAVE SOME MEMORIES OF FARM CENTER, ONE OF OUR FIRST DATES. YOUR WOODS ARE LIKE MINE, HARDWOODS. WE HAVE RED OAKS, WHITE OAKS, WILD CHERRY, HICKORY, SOURWOOD, TULIP POPLAR, DOGWOODS, SUMAC. Well all is well, I guess I have had a number of tests they found some lumps on my breast. They haven't come to any conclusion that I know of. I am not all that worried about it. I have had one report that said there was nothing, but 10 percent of breast cancer can not be seen with digital imagining and sonograms. HMMM, I DON'T LIKE THIS RUTH BUT I WILL STAY OPTOMISTIC THAT IT IS JUST FIBROUS TISSUE OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. MARGIE IS A COFFEE DRINKER AND THAT CAUSES LUMPS AND SUCH TOO. PLEASE KEEP ME POSTED ON THIS. WHEN DO YOU GO TO SEE SOMEONE AGAIN?

Even though Jerry was told it is nothing to worry about at this point. I TOOK MY ORIGINAL GMC PICK-UP APART FOR THE SAME REASON. THE CAB WAS GETTING LOOSE ON THE FRAME. ANTHONY WANTED TO GIVE ME AN OLD THUNDERBIRD TO MAKE INTO A 4X4 BUT I ALREADY HAD THE STATION WAGON. A 4X4 T'BIRD WOULD HAVE BEEN A KICK THOUGH. I will post some picture in the near future. OF WHAT? (something like that) Once you showed me how he kissed and you stuck your tongue down my throat! Also, for the Senior Ball I wore a dress white shirtand tie, I think. Not a tux shirt like this. Part of the fabrication. WHEN I BUILT MY FIRST FOUR WHEEL DRIVE AND IT WAS TALL, PEOPLE WOULD ASK ME WHY I DID THAT. I NEVER UNDERSTOOD WHY THEY ASKED ME WHY. I THOUGHT THEY WOULD ASK, "HOW DID YOU DO THAT?" Boy with his new toy Early Autumn 2007. He looks so proud. Notice my scooter in the back and our truck that we go to the dump in. (This rig is a good idea. it takes tools and ingenuity to do this kind of thing. When I get back to Ga I will send some pics of the four wheel drive station wagon I built. I disassembled that when I got the teaching job. I could not go anywhere with it with out being stopped by the CHP. It was tall, I had to climb up into it. Then a few years later I built a four wheel drive Falcon Ranchero.)(By the way, you never posted a pic of yourself on the bike. Motorpsycho. I WILL GET AROUND TO IT I HAVE ONE SOME WHERE AROUND THE COMPUTER> JUST HAVE TO LOOK FOR IT.

WE WOULD PLAY FOR HOURS I WAS THE BABYSITTER WHEN I WAS DOWN AT THE POND THE MOTHERS WOULD JUST SEEM TO DISAPPEAR. ALL OF THOSE KIDS ARE NOW GROWN UP AND HAVE MOVED AWAY. THERE USED TO BE 2 SISTERS. OLD GALS THAT HAVE SINCE PASSED AWAY. I USED TO SIT AT THE POND AND TALK TO THEM. BOTH OF THEM CARRYING ON TWO DIFFERENT CONVERSATIONS AT THE SAME TIME. THEY WERE BOTH HARD OF HEARING. I LOVED THOSE TWO OLD GALS. VERY INTERESTING PEOPLE. The water looks clear and clean. AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR THEY WILL CLOSE THE POND DOWN FOR SWIMMING BECAUSE OF POLLUTANTS IN THE WATER. David's stupid girl friend went to a palm reader She went home and told David what the palm reader had said. ARRRRGH!She told him to make sure his will is up to date, and in order. DOUBLE ARRGH AND @#!?& Jerry still has the wound on his stomach. It is getting smaller. THAT'S GOOD. My brother Rick had a small stroke. The doctor said it was brought on by his diabetes. DID YOU SAY THAT HE HAD REMARRIED? HOW OFTEN DO YOU TALK TO HIM OR BOBBY? He calls it the ADDY GIFFORD. I DON'T GET THE CONNECTION THERE. Jerry got home today 6/24/2008 He is much better but very weak. The visiting nurse will be into tomorrow. To show me how to clean and pack the wound. I still haven't seen it yet. I will get to those other pics sometime this week or over the weekend. I start back to work again this Thursday. 6/26/2008 that is also Jerry's birthday the big 64.

Went to Powerhouse Timing. Couldn't find Jody's race results. What type races does he compete in?? He has a single (boat) but will jump in anyboat 2, 4, 8 with anyone who needs someone to pull on an oar or two. He has gone to regattas to race his single and also raced in to other kinds of boats just for fun. Sometimes his wife, Joy, will jump in the boat too if it's not listed as a men's (only) race. His serious competitions are at the "Elite Masters" level. What ever happens with thisweeks racing, he says he is going out of that level and back down to the Masters level. He could race there until he is 55.

. He is a really bad patient when he is feeling really bad. He gets mean. verbially. He just wants to be left alone. I like to be left alone too. but I don't get mean. Margie wants pillows fluffed, chairs moved, the paper, a pencil...no thats too dull, the pen is the wrong color...... . Do you remember the kite (BIG) we made that we tried to fly but ended up trying to pull it with the Falcon? No, where were we? (Mouth of the Carmel River) It makes sense though. Jesus we had fun sometimes. I fly kites. I do too. A few weeks ago Drea at the coffee house bought a kite at teh drugstore next door. It was cheap and wouldn't fly. After a few modifications I got it to fly for her. So for about 5 minutes she flew it in the parking lot and I fended off the customers wanting lattes and mochas. Best flight was many years ago up at White Rock (Carmel Valley) I went way up on the ridge and flew it out into the canyon. You could almost see the coast. I was catching the wind from the coast. I am starting to give my kites to the grand kids. Maybe they will have as much fun as I have had flying them. I hope that your Jody places. So he go to the Olympics.

Oh I am called Granny and Jerry is called Snappy or Pappy mostly Pappy..... Cool! There are so many names that kids can call their grandparents. I don't know what I would like to be called if I ever get grandkids. If Jody and Joy don't get busy soon, I will never be able to share in the fun. They will just bring the babies to the home and take our picture together...Both of us drooling

I just got in late Saturday night. The roadtrip with my daughter was good. 3,400 miles to go what is usually 2500. I brought my computer table and will hire some help today to get it and some other big things upstairs. So, more later. I don't know how those defib units work but my friend in Georgia has one. He has a phone attachment that he uses to send info to his doctor with. Does Jerry have that too? And why don't I see you coloring too?

This is a good picture. You may not want to hear this but I can see your mother in this picture. No wild eye though. What the Hell! Is Mars in retrograde or something. Lots of stress going on everywhere. So sad to hear about Betsy. Please give her my love whether she remembers me or not. I'm headed to Kaiser Dr. today myself. I think my knee is going out. That damned deck. No sleep last night. My neighbor is booting me out of her garage and I'm not quite done with the trophy cases.

Jeri Ann went into hospital to have a tumor removed from her throat. they are supposed to biopsy it. That was last week and we have not heard from her since the hospital. Update Today: 3/13/2008 everything is all right just heard.

Jody will either make the US Rowing team or he won't. He won't know until about a month before the Olympics (July). If he doesn't it just means he won't be competing anymore at that insane level. I was hoping to hear good news about David.
